To New Friends: Rafi and Sheera




Hi everyone. Here are a few of my new favorite people, who help to brighten up my days around here. They are both originally from my neck of the woods but are - for the time being at least - regular fixtures in these parts. In other news, things have definitely been interesting around here - politically - as of late, and seem to be moving into rather unclear and uncharted territory, first with Ariel Sharon slipping into a coma, and, now with Hamas' overwhelming victory in the recent Palestinian elections. It seems hard to predict too much at this point, but let's hope that the tentative optimism of those who think some good might come out of all of this for both sides turns out to be justified ...
